We are seeking multiple detail-oriented and technically skilled development engineers to take responsibility for various roles in systemization and detailed design of our 5G advanced Radio Units. You will drive and perform work within your area of expertise as part of a team with responsibility for the development of Radio Units from concept study to volume manufacturing.
The ideal candidates will have a solid track record of development of high-performance Radio Units for wireless infrastructure.
We are looking for expertise in the following key areas:
- System Design on Radio Unit level
- Front Haul System Design
- Transceiver Design
- RF Filter Design
- Antenna Design
- Power Amplifier Design
- HW/SW Integration
- Mechanical and thermal design
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant area. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience of development of Radio Units
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on detail and quality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Substantial hands-on experience in lab testing and evaluation of parts of in area of own expertise
- Strong understanding of 5G, O-RAN, and 3GPP technical specifications, and network architecture, including DU and RU components.
Fujitsu salaries are aligned to the specific geographic location in which the work is primarily performed. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each situation. The pay range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: specific skills, qualifications, experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. The pay range for this position is estimated at $105,000 to $168,000 USD. Additionally, this role may be eligible for a short-term incentive based on company results and individual performance.
