The pay range for this position is estimated at $101,010.00 to $161,616.00 USD. Additionally, this role may be eligible for a short-term incentive based on company results and individual performance.

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Grant Manager to begin in the Spring of 2025. In this role you will oversee our Innovation Fund grants. This role is critical in ensuring compliance with grant requirements and maintaining accurate documentation throughout the grant lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in government grant management, with proven expertise in reporting, compliance, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Grant Reporting: Prepare and complete comprehensive reports for the Innovation Fund grants, ensuring all documentation meets government standards and deadlines. Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary data and insights for accurate reporting.
- Document Management: Archive all grant-related documents and maintain organized records for easy retrieval. Ensure that all files are up to date and compliant with grant requirements.
- Compliance and Audit Support: Prepare for and support activities related to grant monitoring, audits, or compliance requests. Work closely with auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure adherence to all requirements and address any inquiries.
- Subgrantee Coordination: Compile, reconcile, and manage the submission of reports and documents from subgrantees. Provide guidance and support to subgrantees to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
- Grant Management Systems: Utilize grant management software and tools to track grant performance, monitor budgets, and manage timelines. Implement best practices for grant administration to enhance efficiency.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding grant-related inquiries. Facilitate communication between teams, ensuring that all parties are informed of grant requirements and deadlines.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to staff and subgrantees on grant management processes, compliance standards, and reporting requirements. Foster a culture of accountability and transparency.
- Policy Development: Assist in the development and revision of grant management policies and procedures to ensure alignment with best practices and regulatory changes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Finance, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in grant management, specifically in government or public sector environments.
- Proven experience in preparing grant reports, managing compliance, and conducting audits.
- Strong understanding of government grant regulations and compliance standards.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple grants and deadlines effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with a variety of stakeholders.
