Strategic Product Planner
- The senior position will report to the Head of Strategic Product Management.
- Responsible for developing and monitoring long-term radio strategy.
- Develop Long term Radio Platform Roadmap and Requirements with support from SPM teammates and other internal collaborators.
- Assesses industry trends across global and RAN spaces to help inform and create MSBU RU strategy.
- Collaborate with Technology development for future RU technology to product plans and future products.
- Propose future Radio and platform solutions to implement overall Fujitsu's strategy.
- Collaborate and align with R&D for alignment of technology to product plans, market and customer needs.
- Develop, organize and disseminate Radio competitor intelligence framework to help inform the Radio group.
- Provide expertise and become subject matter expert (SME) in industry forums and potentially related standards bodies.
- Travel up to 25% to customer meetings, Partner meetings, standards and remote development facilities.
Strategic Product Management
- Provide product vision, goals and strategy
- Manage product discovery, positioning and differentiation
- Conduct market research and use cases
- Conduct product business assessment and provide recommendations to stakeholders.
- Conduct business intelligence research to identify market penetration, product positioning, and market pricing.
- Provide input to advance and key technology development.
- Develop and execute strategic products and roadmap plan.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on new product launch plan.
- Develop and support go to market product strategy.
- Collaborate closely with marketing team on product content
- Provide insight to advance product architecture and features to technology development.
Fujitsu salaries are aligned to the specific geographic location in which the work is primarily performed. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each situation. The pay range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: specific skills, qualifications, experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. The pay range for this position is estimated at $131,674.20 to $188,106.00 USD. Additionally, this role may be eligible for a short-term incentive based on company results and individual performance.
