As Manager: Netmod Program Mgmt, you'll lead and empower the team to deliver on complex customer challenges for transforming their networks. The transformations will include taking vintage equipment and deliverying a new cutting edge network. This role blends technical leadership, strategic customer engagement, and critical pre/post-sales support, program/project management, financial ownership and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Delivery Excellence: Guide the team in delivering Netmod services to customers. Do this with efficiency, focus on profitability, urgency and customer satisfaction
- Technical Expertise & Mentorship: Act as a driving force, technical mentor and escalation point to ensure the team develops deep expertise in 1FINITY, partner products, and the latest communications technology.
- Tool Innovation: Oversee the use of NetMod tools to improve customer experience and boost team efficiency during the delivery process.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ensure seamless communication and strategy execution with customers, executives, and delilvery.
- Talent Management & Development: Recruit, hire, and manage a high-performing team that has experience with program/project management, delivering network transformation of vintage equipment and develop the next generation of delivery excellence.
What We're Looking For:
- A proven leader who can motivate and manage a delivery team and develop the structure and processes needed to deliver consistent results for the customer and 1Finity.
- Expertise helpful in DACs, SONET, TDM as well as CEM and other more current technoolgies and OEM products.
- Outstanding ability to communicate with customers and provide scheudling, status and challenges before, during and after delivering a service. Continuous improvement of the process and structure to drive down costs, improve performance and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of P&L management and experience in developing large scale delivery plans, resource requirements and then executing the plans.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field. 10+ years working with services, manufacturing, and customers
- Experience developing SOWs, pricing and ensuring profitable results
- Bonus Points:
- Master's degree or advanced certifications in relevant technologies or leadership.
- Strong background in delivering services and working in customer sites
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and pipeline management.
- Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing technical teams.
- Familiarity with the data communications industry and competitive landscape.
