This role is responsible for ensuring all back-office systems are operational in supporting the team’s efforts in quoting, enabling, and communicating service agreements within FNC, working in collaboration with pricing specialists, ITG and delivery groups.  In addition works with Order Administration, Contracts, and Sales.

 

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Receiving and processing service agreement purchase orders.
  • Quoting Service agreements using standard procedures and making adjustments as needed for specific opportunities while working in conjunction with pricing specialists.
  • Maintaining data integrity in service agreements and associated corporate databases.
  • Explaining and defending Customer Quotations (SLA) to sales and others.
  • Tool use, maintenance, and updates.
  • Ability to adapt to a quickly changing business needs and processes, and identify areas of improvement, efficiency and profitability.
  • Analysis of contract financials and revenue distribution.

 

BS/BA DEGREE; MBA OR ADVANCED DEGREE PREFERRED.

5+ YEARS RELATED EXPERIENCE IN MARKETING/BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT/FINANCE, AND STRONG KNOWLEDGE OF TELECOMMUNICATIONS AND MAINTENANCE SERVICES INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE IN NETWORK COMMUNICATIONS, MANAGED APPLICATIONS, SOFTWARE AND IT TECHNOLOGIES.

FINANCE, ENTERPRISE MARKETING, SALES, AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OF MAINTENANCE AND PROFESSIONAL SERVICES. SOLUTIONS BASED SELLING SKILLS.

FAMILIARITY WITH THE FOLLOWING EQUIPment: SONET, DWDM, DATA

SKILLS AND ABILITIES: MICROSOFT OFFICE, SAP, INTERPERSONAL COMMUNICATIONS (SPEAKING & WRITING), SALES AND ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT, CRITICAL THINKING
