This role is will be assisting the DSPU Web & Collaboration Team as they transition from SharePoint 2016 on-premise to SharePoint Online.  We have over 6000 sites in the Americas that will need analysis if to migrate or delete.  For those being migrated, there is opportunity to build workflows, sites, and design and build value-added automation to take advantage of the SharePoint Online features.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Data analysis.

  • Working with customers to capture input and requirements.

  • Learning and working with SharePoint components, such as List, Sites, Libraries, Workflows, etc.

  • Learning and working with Power Apps and Power Automate.

  • Building / refreshing organizational portal pages.


Skills required:

  • BS in Computer Science or related degree.

  • 0-2 year's experience. 

  • Web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc).

  • Strong Microsoft Office experience including Excel for Data Analysis.

  • Understanding of process flows and automation.

  • Good written and verbal communication.

  • Ability to work in a team environment.
