Description:

 

The Complex Maintenance Offer Specialist position is charged with executing account strategies in support of the Service Operations & Maintenance line of business goals. Goals are to drive service revenues, improve competitive position, and participate in cross-functional teams as required to effectively support the development of complex solutions and close offers.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Position is responsible for supporting complex account solution creation strategies & programs to drive Maintenance, Managed, Public Broadband, and XaaS (Everything as a Service) revenues.
  • Provide input into a cross-functional teaming arrangement targeting service acquisition campaigns/programs that fuel increased market penetration, adoption rates, and channel expansion.
  • Work with Sales in executing strategies to close opportunities, participate in conference calls and customer visits. 
  • Collaborate cross functionally on competitive positioning, selling, pricing, market development and customer loyalty creation.
  • Identify and articulate market and customer requirements, preferences, and develop customized go-to-market programs for customer segments.
  • Attainment of defined success metrics for Services:
    • Margin targets
    • Revenue/Booking targets
    • Attach rate targets

 

Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing, or Business; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 5+ years related experience in business development/marketing/sales is a plus
  • Knowledge of Information & Communications Technology market
  • Managed services industry knowledge in network communications, managed applications, and IT technologies
  • Action and results oriented work habits. Aggressive, ownership, and accountability
  • Solutions based selling experience with strong negotiation skills
  • Self-starter with excellent follow-up and critical thinking skills
  • Outstanding project/program management skills with strong interpersonal communications (speaking & writing)
  • Team player with ability to influence others to achieve revenue goals
