Position Overview:

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who will turn data into decision making for Fujitsu Marketing in the ever-changing digital space. This person will own the marketing analytics and dashbaords and will work closely with Program and Account marketers to utilize analytics in developing campaign plans. The Digital Marketing Specialist will promote Fujitsu’s brand, products, and services by managing events, supporting lead scoring, as well as contributing to digital tactics and ABM.   


The Digital Marketing Specialist will be given a unique opportunity to create change, push innovative boundaries, and test new and emerging digital tools. This position works for Fujitsu Network Communications, Inc. and will be located at the Richardson, TX campus.



  • Understand all tools in the martech stack and the data each outputs. Maintain KPI Dashboards in Tableau, and develop new functionality as needed.  Report results and present regularly
  • Collaborate closely with marketers, technical team, sales, and leadership to support successful campaign planning, execution, and reporting. Use KPI results to recommend optimal campaign tactics to increase MQLs and improve budget efficiency.
  • Identify process gaps and develop new practices to support optimal customer value, data management, and team results
  • Support ABM Program’s digital marketing needs and stay current with emerging ABM tools
  • Execute digital marketing tactics, including email drip campaigns & webinars


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering or related field. Focus in Digital Marketing or Analytics a plus
  • 0-2 years’ experience
  • Comfortable navigating strategic, creative, and analytical responsibilities
  • Strong understanding of marketing KPI’s; experience with analytics and reporting
  • Entrepreneurial, self-starter, deadline-driven, and agile
  • Ability to prioritize assignments and manage timelines concurrently to complete tasks
