Position Overview:

The Marketing Creation group at Fujitsu Network Communications is a small team (copywriter, art director, and video producer) that provides a variety of B2B direct-response, brand, content, and social media deliverables to support the company’s digital marketing, sales, and thought leadership goals.

We are looking for a promising writer keen to learn the ropes and develop their career in copywriting, marketing or advertising. This is a position that demands technical literacy (although you don’t need technical qualifications), creative flair, and a natural sense of the interplay of writing with design fundamentals. You’ll need to think on your feet, solve interesting challenges, and work with a very diverse range of long- and short-form deliverables, from detailed technical data sheets and complex business/technical articles to witty and engaging digital ads, explainer videos, and blog posts. You also need to have strong aptitude for managing multi-stakeholder reviews as well as for editing, editorial policy, and proofreading, since we create high volumes of output in multiple media on short timeframes, and must maintain excellent quality standards.


nAssist the Sales and Marketing team in developing all marketing content including:
marketing collateral
social media
sales presentations/tools
custom collateral/events
nQA for consistent, clear writing style and guidelines for client facing marketing deliverables (web, print, social)
nAlignment to clear writing style and guidelines for client facing marketing deliverables (web, print, social)
nSupport online customer journey and enhanced SEO ….
nAssociate’s or Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience in technical communication, English, fine arts (creative writing), media/communications, marketing, or advertising
nExceptional competency with written and spoken English (the job will involve videos as well as written content)
nStrong technical and business literacy
nStrong organizational, interpersonal, and time-management skills
nInterviewing, research, synthesis and information-gathering skill or talent
nFamiliarity with basic writing/editing concepts and processes such as style guides, markups, review cycles, proofreading, etc.
nAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and operate in a fast-paced, professional environment
nMust possess both outstanding written and oral communication skills
nMust be proficient using Microsoft Office products including Word, Power Point, Excel and Outlook.
nStrong project management and organizations skills
nTeam environment.
