Fujitsu Network Communications is looking for an enthusiastic team player to join their corporate marketing team. The project coordinator works within the marketing team and is responsible for the internal scheduling of projects throughout the department as well implementing and tracking schedules for projects with third party resources. The project coordinator coordinates and tracks movement of all jobs through the department and ensures that all projects get the appropriate signs-offs from key stakeholders according to schedule. The project coordinator will be responsible for prioritizing all jobs and communicating deadlines and projects to key stakeholders. The project coordinator will be responsible for timely execution and performance tracking to drive consistent, high quality, and timely content delivery and will assist with quality and brand alignment, process development and alignment.

 

This person will collaborate closely with the creative team members, external agencies, technical marketing experts, and business unit SMEs. A consistent drive to find ways to improve output without sacrificing quality, creativity, or destroying team work-life balance is necessary.

Key Accountabilities

  • Keep track of all jobs and move job from one step of completion to the next within marketing as well as assigning to key stakeholders and third party resources.
  • Alert key stakeholders to changes in timing or scheduling and suggest alternative solutions to keep projects on deadline.
  • Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly status reports to key stakeholders of all active / closed jobs.
  • Schedule kick-off and other meetings and keeps a master schedule for all of Marketing.
  • Conduct weekly job status meetings to gather and share information with the rest of the team.
  • Gather and document information on each project to achieve quality event production and benchmarking
  • Establish processes and standards related to creative deliverables, tracks performance, and looks for ways to enhance productivity and output without sacrificing quality and creativity.
  • Select and own a digital asset management system to house all developed content, create governance/rules, and make assessable to key stakeholders.
  • Support the development and distribution of internal communications as needed.
  • Assist creative team on creative and event tasks if necessary.

 

Desired Experience & Knowledge

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or related field
  • 0-2 years’ experience
  • Professional, outgoing, high energy personality with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility and focus on quality and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work assignments from a variety of staff, clients and vendor partners
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills
  • Strong leadership, project management, time management, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with the following software/tools:  Eloqua/Pardot, Salesforce, Pathfactory, Milestone PM+, Adobe Creative Suite
