Key Accountabilities:

Process Manager is responsible for supporting the Program Management Team and Wireless Team in improving processes and managing the financial performance:

  • Track and report margin, revenue, and forecast for Design|Build lines of business
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and drive end-to-end process design and new system implementation collaborating with Project Management, Engineering, Finance, and Order Management Teams:
  • Supports PCA, OM, TrueNet, and Finance Teams in day-to-day process and issues resolution on pass-thru projects:
    • Primary point of contact to set up new pass-thru projects
    • Works cross-functionally to improve pass-thru process
  • Design reporting and perform analysis to drive results, minimize mistakes, and increase efficiency, especially for growing Wirelss line of business
  • Address breakdowsn in process by executing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions
  • Identify, document, and communicate any gaps in standard operating procedures and processes, make recommendations, design, and implement methods/solutinos to support continuous improvement

  • Wireless Engineers, ISP Engineers, OSP Engineers, Network Engineers, Network Integration Engineers, and Physical Design Engineers
  • Services BU Quality and Vendor Management
  • Finance and Order Management

 

Desired Experience & Knowledge:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
  • 2-5 years of finance, project management, or business process management experience
  • Experience analyzing and improving business processes
  • Comfortable tracking and reporting financial metric such as revenue, margin, and forecast
  • Demonstrated project management skills with ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
  • Practive team player able to thrive in ambiguity, and navigate complexity to develop solutions
  • Experience working in SAP perferred
