We are seeking an experienced Project Manager for our Wireless Services based in Richardson, TX.
The Project Manager will provide project/program leadership in the development, implementation and refinement of robust program management techniques on assigned programs. The successful candidate will work as a member of the FNC 5GSI Wireless Services team, assuming program management responsibility for multiple engineering releases and forward-looking development projects as well as services delivery projects for systems integration and private wireless products/solutions. The Program Manager will work closely with product management, systems engineering, customers, sales and the software project teams to deliver FNC products and services as advertised, on schedule, within required budget, and to necessary levels of quality.
Responsibilities & Success Factors
- Manage assigned programs/projects to meet the financial business goals.
- Provide independent program oversight, analysis, & direction to meet stakeholder commitments.
- Evaluate complex situations accurately and identifies viable solutions that create successful outcomes for the customer
- Coordinate w/ supporting organizations for effective communications both internal & external
- Ensure proper application of PMO tools to meet the FNC governance model.
- Executes projects to deliver on-time, within budget and per customer specifications in accordance with PMBOK Guidelines.
- Ensure the team meets FNC security and quality requirements.
- Resolve political, resource, budgeting, change and legal issues affecting the program.
- Perform as a change-agent in the training/indoctrination of PMO best-practices to the organization at large.
- Ability to identify risks and potential project issues and to know when and how to escalate proactively.

Qualifications
- Relevant program management experience with a track record of delivering successful results on large ORAN and/or private wireless projects.
- General knowledge of the functional aspects of telecommunications systems or network management.
- Cross-functional experiences within a high-tech business and R&D environments desired.
- ORAN & Private Wireless experience required.
- PMP certification required.
- Engineering degree desired.
- MBA helpful.
Minimum Requirements (Minimum requirements to be considered for employment):
- Minimum of a BS degree in a Technical Field.
- Ten or more years of applicable business and program management experience.
- Experience managing programs larger than $10M in annual spend inclusive of profit/loss accountability.
- Demonstrated prior experience in managing complex programs with multiple interfaces, global diversity of team members, significant time constraints and variable work scope.
- Strong interpersonal/influence management skills.
Fujitsu salaries are aligned to the specific geographic location in which the work is primarily performed. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each situation. The pay range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: specific skills, qualifications, experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. The pay range for this position is estimated at $96,471.20 to $137,816.00 USD. Additionally, this role may be eligible for a short-term incentive based on company results and individual performance.
