Solutions Business Operations is a group whose function is to assist the SBU Leadership team in managing and growing the Wireless and Services business year over year.  The position reports to the Director of Strategy and Business Operations.

 

Disciplines

 

SBU Business Planning:

Run the Demand Planning process that is critical in ensuring the correct factory loading of the 18 month forecast. The position also includes managing Production Control aspect of the Services Rack and Cabinet Integration business. 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop 18-month demand forecast for assigned product(s) which is the basis for supply chain loading, FNC financial planning, and customer satisfaction
  • Responsible for forecasting product transitions both at product family level as well as part number level
  • Utilize technical and analytical skills to mine and analyze data for usable predictive forecast modeling
  • Manage NPI (New Product Introduction) requirements
  • Develop recommendations for unit management strategies
  • Continuous improvement in all areas of responsibility

 

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors in Business or Engineering preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • 3+ years of forecasting experience preferred
  • Self-starter who works well in a fast paced environment
