  • Participate in the software development of methods, tools, templates, training to support client programs
  • Plan and track release milestones and work closely with Product, Development and Quality assurance management to ensure team productivity
  • Manage and identify risks for existing software delivery schedule
  • Drive the progress of software development, from inception to roll-out
  • Create and drive software product development schedules including tracking issues, managing risks, resolving problems and communicating status
  • Lead and coordinate the Go-Live activities including the execution of the software deployment plans and checklists
  • Archive software versions and transfer them to other departments for release and distribution to customers
  • Manage expectations by establishing, maintaining and communicating a release schedule
  • Provide detailed weekly status reports and metrics on all active projects
  • Contribute to continuous growth of the Security Solutions practice through identification of new opportunities and development of security solutions
  • Provide visibility to roadmap status and escalate issues to management
  • Responsible for adherence to standards of testing and documentation while advancing development changes through Fujitsu processes
  • Monitors and manages program/project baseline to ensure activities are occurring as planned - scope, budget and schedule – manages variances
  • Follow up on Release artifacts including implementation and rollback plan
