FNC is looking for a Business / Commercial Solutions Analyst to join our Commercial Account Management (CAM) team who will develop and implement strategic and tactical pricing programs.


•  This role supports the Sales team and associated Business Units in pursuing opportunities for Fujitsu product and service offerings to an assigned customer group.

•  Commonly called “The Deal Desk”, CAM is responsible for executing, defending, and communicating pricing to Sales. Ultimately, the CAM job should be considered as a protector of profit.

•  A typical day in CAM consists of reviewing any open sales opportunities that require pricing. It could be a new customer, a new deal, an incentive request, or even a promotional offer.

•  Interfacing with and supporting Sales with price decisions can be proactive, by request, or by need.

•  The goals for the role are to drive revenue and margin by improving competitive positioning for various product and service offerings - by understanding pricing, competition, market sizes, trends, etc.

•  In this position, you will report directly to the Head of Commercial Account Management (CAM) under the SVP of Sales & Marketing.

•  The CAM role provides exposure to various departments across the company. Sales, Business Units, Accounting, Corporate Planning are just examples of the other departments that have a vested interest in the activity and ultimate success of the CAM team. •  Success is measured by the volume of revenue and specifically contribution margin of the assigned accounts from the Fujitsu selling activity. When the Sales team wins, revenue improves. When CAM and the Sales team win, the overall financials for the company improve. Come be a part of that win-win celebration!



•  Establish customer specific pricing and assist in successfully closing opportunities.

•  Execute price action requests for competitive bids.

•  Determine pricing actions needed to increase profitability and market share.

•  Create & maintain competitive analysis needed to establish market value based pricing.

•  Interact daily with Sales, internal Business Units, Product Planning, Contracts, and Accounting groups in support of customer initiatives.

•  Collaborate cross functionally on competitive positioning, selling, pricing, market development and customer solution creation.


Skills & Knowledge:

•  Possess financial acumen and understanding

•  Analytical skills to support commercial development

•  Strong written and verbal communication skills

•  Ability to communicate effectively across many organizations

•  Proven ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously

•  Action & results-oriented work habits


Experience & Education:

•  Bachelor's degree in Finance, General Business, Engineering, or Math

•  5-15 years of experience

•  Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

•  Work experience in a telecom environment in a financial and/or business analyst role
