Technical Services Engineer Expert (C3)

  • Design, develop, and maintain training content for audiences in the telecommunication industry
  • Create content in multiple formats including videos, animations, storyboards, scripts, eLearning modules, instructor-led trainings/workshops, and job aids
  • Design and edit visual assets, templates, and other material for utilization in training content
  • Work cross-functionally with subject matter experts to determine project requirements
  • Prioritize and manage simultaneous projects to completion and meet desired milestones
  • Collaborate in peer reviews with other instructional designers
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Bachelor's Degree with focus in Instructional Design, Education, or a related technical field
  • At least 3-5 years’ experience in instructional design and content development of online learning, classroom, and virtual training assets
  • Experience with Articulate 360 Storyline and/or other eLearning programs required
  • Experience with current eLearning models, research theories, technologies, and innovations in the field of learning
  • Knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design methodology
    Proficient in designing and developing technical learning materials
  • Experience working with SCORM and learning management systems
  • Ability to create engaging animation and video course content
  • Familiarity with HTML, Javascript, or other related languages
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

Qualifications:

BE/BTECH/ME/MTECH in CS/EE/ECE is preferred
