We are looking for someone who values connecting with people, working hard and has a curiosity-driven desire to learn. They will be joining the Delivery Management team in Fujitsu’s Technology Business Unit (TBU). Projects span optical and software and fall into 3 focus areas: (1) Customer Trials (PoCs, demos, lab trials, field trials); (2) External Engagements (roadshows, tradeshows); and (3) Special Projects. This position works closely with many groups across Fujitsu – Sales, Product Management, Product Support, internal and external customer labs, Marketing, Fulfillment, Engineering and others. With a strong sense of purpose and skill for getting cross-functional teams all marching towards a common goal, the Delivery Manager provides dedicated support to Sales for delivering quality customer outcomes. Taking initiative, strong communication and organizational skills are crucial to succeed in this role.



  • Define and clarify project scope, escalation path, team expectations and desired outcome for success with stakeholders ahead of project kick-off with larger team
  • Establish project plans with clear milestones, timelines, ownership and risk management
  • Manage project execution, escalations and communications throughout the duration of the projects assigned
  • Lead recurring meetings with project team and communicate meeting minutes to working team plus stakeholders on a regular basis
  • High visibility role – opportunity to gain experience quickly summarizing project status and issues in front of all levels of management



  • Encouraged to think outside the box and pitch new ideas around improving cross-organizational execution and communications on projects
  • Team focused and able to effectively collaborate with a wide variety of personalities across organizations and reporting structures
  • Passionate, high energy with relentless focus to drive teams to deliver results and get things done with a sense of urgency
  • Experience developing plans, organizing work and achieving results on schedule
  • Candidate must be motivated to solve problems. Must have initiative and push for a culture of curiosity
  • Knowledge of our industry – and the major changes it is going through – is important
  • Anticipate issues and coordinate resolution before impacting the project



  • Established relationships across different organizations within Fujitsu a plus
  • Bachelor's degree required in Industrial/Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Business degree
  • 0-2 year's experience 
  • Strong writing, presentation, collaboration, communication and leadership skills
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office. Familiarity with Microsoft Project, SAP, Aha! and/or Salesforce a plus.
