  • Design, develop, and maintain training content for audiences in the telecommunication industry
  • Create content in multiple formats including: videos, animations, storyboards, scripts, eLearning modules, instructor-led trainings/workshops, and job aids
  • Design and edit visual assets, templates, and other material for utilization in training content
  • Work cross-functionally with subject matter experts to determine project requirements
  • Prioritize and manage simultaneous projects to completion and meet desired milestones
  • Collaborate in peer reviews with other instructional designers
  • Other duties as assigned 



  • Bachelor's Degree with focus in Instructional Design, Education or a related field
  • Experience in instructional design, videography, and/or eLearning content development (0-2 years)
  • Basic Programming skills to develop mobile apps.
  • Knowledge of multimedia authoring tools (e.g., Storyline, Camtasia, Adobe Captivate, etc.)
  • Basic knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design methodology
  • Experience working with SCORM and learning management systems
  • Ability to create engaging animation and video course content
  • Technical Writing and authoring
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Learn new software and related skills
