This role is charged with being one of the Complex Solutions Capture Leads for complex service offers and non-standard service development to help increase Global Services Solutions Business Unit (GSBU) Line of Business penetration.
This position is specifically responsible for the following key functional areas:

Offer Development

- Team leader to perform the evaluation, offer strategy and development of complex/non-standard offers to fuel increased GSBU adoption rates and channel expansion
- Assist with assessments as to bid or no-bid of identified opportunities
- Engage and lead a team of internal Subject Matter Expert (SME) resources and Line of Business (LOB) owners for concurrence of planned offers
- Work with SMEs and third-parties as needed to create offer content, written narratives for complex and non-standard offers and customer presentations
- Create the P&L statement for approval by LOB owners of tenders
- Ascertain and negotiate scope of work and pricing with Sales, LOB owners and customer, as needed
- Contribute to Statement of Work (SOW) development/assist GSBU SOW Specialist (SME liaison to Legal) to transition offer to commercialization and deliverables, as needed

Sales Support

- Act as GSBU’s liaison with Sales, third party and SMEs on assigned opportunities
- Present/educate customers on Fujitsu GSBU offers, if needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent analytical, verbal, written, presentation and Excel skills
- Ability to work with diverse teams to facilitate and achieve results
- Ability to communicate with management, team leaders, Legal and purchasing groups as well as vendors
- Detail, quality and timeline-oriented
- Exhibits commitment, resilience, accountability and teamwork
- BBA/MBA preferred
- Microsoft Office applications
